The Role

Pimloc is recruiting for a Senior Front End Developer to build its React.js based video and audio editing software. You will perform a critical role in bringing Secure Redact's powerful AI capabilities into the hands of users.

A few key details: 

• The role will include a mixture of React, HTML5, CSS3 and native JavaScript. 
• You will be working with RESTful APIs. 
• You will own the design and implementation of new features and upgrade existing UI design and APIs. 
• You will have exposure and input to system design, and will advocate for all issues related to the frontend. 

The role sits within the Systems Engineering team and you will be closely integrated with backend and DevOps engineers. This is a great chance to join a scaling business, with an exciting roadmap, plans and team. 

Required skills:

• Highly proficient in React.js, Typescript, HTML5 and CSS. 
• Experience with UI testing frameworks and test-driven development.
• Enthusiasm for designing customer facing interfaces. 
• Experience using RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. 
• A background in Computer Science or relevant experience. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience with core web APIs (e.g. web workers, service workers, HTMLMediaElement etc.)
• Familiarity with WASM
