It can be accessed directly online for self-serve users through www.secureredact.ai, or through automated APIs and a range of integration partners.
Pimloc is currently working across diverse sectors, including: Public Safety, Transport, Healthcare, Retail, Education and many others. These sectors are relying on Pimloc's services to deal with data protection compliance, and to maintain trust in their operations with the public, customers and employees.
The market opportunity is vast and growing, with an exciting product roadmap and expansion plan in place. Pimloc has backing from Tier One investors and leading advisors, and is now looking to expand core areas of the team.
We are looking for a few great people who can make a material difference to Pimloc's future and to support our mission to responsibly unlock value in the world's multimodal data.
The role
Pimloc is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager for both East and West US territories (ie. two roles); the ideal candidate will have a background in b2b software sales - with experience in Security and/or Compliance a bonus. As Pimloc’s boots on the ground in the United States - you will be fundamental in shaping the regional GTM strategy and delivery of a fast growing, well-funded, deep tech business with global ambition. We are looking for a self-starter / individual contributor, who is at their happiest hunting and closing new deals.
You will be a pivotal force in driving Pimloc’s expansion by acquiring, cultivating, and expanding accounts in enterprise, SLED, law-enforcement, healthcare, and other private sector industries. You will benefit from Pimloc’s world leading multimodal privacy and intelligence platform - Secure Redact, our existing channel partner network and growing pipeline of US prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver $ARR for territory in target sectors – role is an individual contributor, closing direct and indirect opportunities
- Pipeline generation and forecasting for territory
- Identify high-potential sales leads through targeted outreach strategies
- Implement effective prospecting techniques to generate leads and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Drive product adoption, net-new product sales, and client retention
- Provide best practices in relation to partner engagement, on-boarding and sales optimization
- Interface with UK/ROW sales, Channel, Marketing and Product teams
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as an individual sales contributor, working with B2B enterprise software
- Understanding of US software channel partner landscape, ideally within public safety / public sector vertical
- Demonstrable experience in all aspects of sales process – driving new business, establishing routes to market, nurturing existing business to hit growth targets
- Demonstrable commercial skills – flexibility in commercial models, business case management, commercial proposals
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills – internal teams, cross functional engagement with channel partners, influencing end customer engagement
- Strong collaboration ethic to be able to bring different parties together to meet end customer demand
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
