Pimloc is currently working across diverse sectors, including: Public Safety, Transport, Healthcare, Retail, Education and many others. These sectors are relying on Pimloc's services to deal with data protection compliance, and to maintain trust in their operations with the public, customers and employees.

The role
Pimloc is recruiting for an inbound sales ninja - the role focuses on three core areas: managing the automation of online tools to generate insights for the team, spotting new opportunity areas for exploration, and handling calls with end customers to close a high volume of small and medium-sized business (SMB) deals.
This role provides experience in sales operations and analysis to support the wider team, with a chance to learn full sales-cycle selling and support functions in a SaaS environment. A unique, hands-on opportunity to hone your commercial craft, and develop your career within a fast-growing business in an exploding sector.
A critical role sitting at the intersection of inbound sign-ups/users, sales, go-to-market, and marketing. We are looking for an analytical self-starter who is tactical, strategic and practical.
Responsibilities:
- Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and Sales Pipeline Analytics (40%)
- Lead routing and automation (30%)
- SMB revenue closing (20%)
- Cross-functional insights sharing (10%)
Success metrics:
- PQL → Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion and monthly SMB Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Free-to-paid activation and retention
- Lead-routing Service Level Agreement (SLA) & accuracy
- Product insights adopted per quarter
What we're looking for:
- Self-starter who is comfortable working with people and data
- Experience with online data tools, or a fast learner in (Salesforce CRM, PostHog, Userflow, Secure Redact App metrics, others to come)
- Experience or interest in commercial analysis and sales
- Proficient with data, reporting and generating insights
- Great communicator, practical and proactive
- Interested in technology, automation and AI
- Eagerness to learn, discover and dig in
- Professional fluency in English and available to work from London, UK
